I'm about to launch a startup project in the food industry and looking for a partner-chef knowledgeable in different cuisines. The basic Idea is to organize a network of commercial take out kitchens that will prepare food for people based on their preferences. e.g. ethnic, food allergies, gluten free, dairy free ect.
