Chef in Yucca Valley, California

I would love to apply for this position. Although I have no formal training I have been working 5 years for a private party. I am known for pulling off unique gourmet food with whatever is in the pantry. This is my second chef job in the last 10 years. I was a professional Bartender and worked for 5 star restaurants including Hyatt, Patina, Marriott ECT. I also worked for Posh Productions Catering and Love at First Bite Catering and used to serving large groups and upscale parties. My client is from Indonesia but is Dutch and Italian. His wife was from England. I was expected to create dishes from every ethnic menu. I love a challenge to research and create dishes that have been forgotton. My other client had cancer and i did research to help him have a healthy diet and use legal medical hemp to aid him with his pain.
