Chef Job in Memphis, Tennessee

Hi! I am part of a group of 6 hunters that are staying at a small lodge approximately 1 hour 20 minutes outside of Memphis. Here is the google maps link: https://....gl The lodge has a full kitchen but no chef. We would require lunch and early dinner service. We wake up very early (4AM) for our hunts so would eat an early lunch (11:30 AM) after our hunt then an early dinner (7PM). There is the possibility of lodging for a chef at the lodge or he/she could drive to/.from every day. Here is a schedule: Jan. 31st 8 PM dinner Feb.1st 11:30 AM Lunch 7 PM Dinner Feb. 2nd 11:30 AM Lunch 7 PM Dinner Feb. 3rd 11:30 AM Lunch 7 PM Dinner We can provide some of the proteins for the meals (Steaks, Fish, Burgers etc…) but would need the other provisions brought in.
