Hello my name is chef Matt i am 15 years in the field. i started as a dishwasher and worked my way up through the ranks. i have worked everywhere from a local pubs to MGM Beau Rivage in Biloxi Mississippi and also even worked at iron chef Michael Symons restaurant in Detroit. Also teaching culinary classes at New York Wine and Culinary center Gave me the tools to i believe that would benefit you the most to understand the cooking techniques that i would be showing you.
