Chef Job in Osage Beach, Missouri

Estabilshed yacht charter company seeking a chef/mate. Looking for someone that can do gourmet cooking with higher end foods. Chef school a plus. Boat skills a plus. Must be able to calculate
food costs, menu. Freedom to be unique and create. We will experiment with different size groups on charter. 2-8 people to start. Small groups gourmet tapas To start. Definitly part time job at first. I would like the chef to step up to more of a partnership on the food side of the charters. I do plan on getting busy I think its a unique idea. The right person would have oppertunity for other boat charter type work as well. Help with boat- gen cleaning of bumpers seats windows ETC...
