Am known for putting in lots of time and effort into my work.Been in the business for close to 40 years and have very good past working history!I have plenty of references as I've either run kitchens or been the sous chef @ approximately 15 restaurants and Inns..... last being chef @ The Black Friar Inn and pub in Bar Harbor.Increased the business by 65 % in the time I was there.
