I am a Chef with restaurant and catering experience. I have cooked in restaurants in Havana, Cuba that have been visited and loved by celebrities like Johnny Depp and Julian Schnabel among others. In NY I have worked in several restaurants being the most recent The Tuscan Gun, owned by chef and Cooking Channel personality Gabriele Corcos, yes, the guy from Extra Virgin. My specialty is Cuban/American cuisine. Also, since I am Spanish by heritage (my grandfather was from Canary Islands), I also specialize and completely love a cuisine that is known for being one of the world's healthier and most delicious. So, when I cook for you, you will get a lot of those Mediterranean flavors.
