I am easy to get along with. I enjoy helping people. I was the sole owner my own catering company. I will sit down with you and talk to find out what you expect and we can go over recipes, all recipes are interchangeable with ingredients you like, don't like onions no need to put in dish. I am here to work with you on your dishes you want to eat. If you don't like what I cook, I'm not doing my job properly.
