Hello!
I am a chef living in Chicago with an additional five years of pastry experience. I've spent my time on fine dining kitchens of some of Chicago's best restaurants utilizing local, seasonal ingredients. I have also spent some time making vegan/vegetarian/gluten free cuisine. Do to my experience in busy, well known restaurants I'm left with the ability to create many different styles of cuisines and capabile of working under a variety of different circumstances. Lately I've enjoyed studying and experimenting with a simpler approach to cooking healthy, but globally influenced meals for myself and others.
