I am currently a student with Augusta Tech culinary program. I am very interested in working during masters week. I also work part time at NHC IN North Augusta as a dietary aide and I work at Fort Gordon as a cook in the bowling center.

I have the knowledge and the experience to run a kitchen anything from a small house of five people to a large Hotel of over 200 rooms I prefer more intimate setting I prefer to work with people who are like-minded professionals or alone.

Classically trained chef that’s well versed in many cuisines including vegan, paleo and all styles of American, French, Italian. Spanish, Greek, Multiple Asian and most Middle Eastern foods. I also teach classes and am an expert in Indigenous Native Cuisines.
