25 years old, and i have a passion for home cooked meals. I have run a restaurant for over 5 years, and was a chef at one of them for over 3 years.

I like to cook elevated dishes, Beef Wellington, Steak Diane, Risotto, etc. Italian and French cooking are my favourite. Just had a knee replacement, so not ready to do 12 hour shifts in a kitchen, yet.
