Chef Job in Crossville, Tennessee

GrinderHouse Coffee is a new restaurant on Main Street in Crossville, TN. It is a 70 seats and has the look and feel of a coffee house (artsy, eclectic, comfy, etc.) We have a small (but overall complete) kitchen (grill, deep fryer, grease hood, etc.), and a large bar area. We don't have a huge budget, but we want to offer fresh, seasonal dishes that offer something more than just microwaved or out-of-a-can type dishes tha can be found in so many restaurants (even upscale ones.)
