Chef in Columbia, Missouri

Hi there Columbians! My name is Chef. Nicholas Arthur Roberts or just Chef. Rob. I am a proud Columbia native and have lived here for my whole 25 years of life. I studied culinary arts with local chef, Micheal Keene at Columbia Area Career Center (C.A.C.C) after my graduation from Rock Bridge Senior High and graduated in more of the pastry field. From there I have spent literally the rest of my working life in kitchens and kitchen management. I've overseen some great renowned restaurants in Columbia and have helped be apart of success within each restaurant. I've decided that I rather work for myself as of late, because I believe that I have the skill sets and knowledge to present a memorable meal for special people. I offer not just food, but respect, dilligence, cleanliness, responsibility and most importantly what needs and wants that meet you and or your family needs. My specialties are pastry and baking arts, Hispanic inspired cusine, French traditional, seafood inspired and classic American. With the needs for more dietary restrictions, I've adapted to a vegan, vegetarian, and have been working on KETO inspired meals. I'm looking for families that are in search of quality grade food and recipes, respect and understanding of culinary arts, and just simply eager to enjoy amazing food at the comfort of your own home.
