Business Address: 100 La Caille Place SW Calgary, AB T2P5E2 Work Location: Same us above Type of Employment: Full time - Permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Participate in marketing plans and implementation Provide customer service Address customers' complaints or concerns Conduct performance reviews Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities Recruit, train and supervise staff Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance Organize and maintain inventory Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Cost products and services Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices Develop, implement and analyze budgets Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms Requirements: -Education: Completion of High School -Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required. Ability to supervise a group of 20 people is required Salary: $26.67 to $27.67 hourly, 40-44 hours per week Important information: This is a full time position Shifts are: Tuesday to Saturday 15:00 to 23:00 pm and Monday 10:00 to 14:00. Flexibility in schedule is required, overtime might be required.
