I have 10 years of cooking experience from around the world from Melbourne to Copenhagen and across europe. I have spent the last 2 years refining my cooking style into what i stand by today. My cooking revolves around a very plant-centric style where i use vegetables as the stars of a meal instead of focusing on meats. I believe in using local ingredients to best showcase a true taste of the area, as well as working on generating as minimal amount of waste or byproducts as possible. I offer small scale private dining events, as well as pop up restaurant dinners and collaborations, but am open to negotiating other events. For my dinners I provide my own suppliers and ingredients, as well as basic equipment and tools for the dinners. What i require is a suitable kitchen with basic kitchen equipment, basic serving ware and cutlery in order to provide my skills. My goal for these dinners is to establish myself in the Victoria food scene as well as generating funds to procure my own restaurant in the future.
