I was introduced to Karen 25 years ago during a catered wedding party. After having tasted the first of many reception items, I was sold. The scallops could not have been better prepared, succulent marshmallows perfectly seasoned, a divine chicken salad with walnuts and cilantro -perfect, and the most amazing green beans almondine - light crisp and delicious! Along with the other items that she presents, Karen is well-versed in "diet-specific" needs. She is knowledgeable on allergy needs, salt-restricted diets, and will be absolutely professional in all of her tasks and presentations. And while we are at it, she plays piano/ guitar/ and sings with a depth of knowledge few can match. She's GREAT!
