Chef in Chico, California

Hello, I recently graduated from culinary school in 2015, But before that I was a police officer in the bay area. I fell in love with the art of cooking and the difficulty of cooking to perfection. I made a career switch to follow my new challenge and joy in life which is cooking. I know how to cook a variety of dishes from around the world, but I like to specialize my cooking with seafood/Asian fusion. after I graduated from culinary school, I traveled the states and also around the world to learn cooking techniques from different chefs who specialize in seafood. I was able to learn a lot and taste different seafood recipe's. I am now looking to start something small to help build into a restaurant that the city of Chico can enjoy. I have a vision of what I would like to have as a restaurant that will be different then anything else in this city. I am available to hire for parties, events, or even just for personal use.
