I have made my life in commercial kitchens. But have always wanted to bring more customizable options to people. So I am setting out to be come a private chef. So that my clients can get what they want down to the flatware. I am trained in classic New Orleans and southern cuisine. I also have formal French training from being in Paris for 2 years. I believe the culture of food from my home state and region is a great canvas for wedding receptions, anniversary dinners, birthdays, or just a night in with the people you love.
