Dear Ladies and Gentleman, I am currently employed as Food and Beverage Consultant with Bucuti and Tara in Aruba. . Prior to my current role I have held several Executive Chef or Corporate Executive Chef Positions with quality driven companies such as Celebrity Cruise Line, Costa Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Line, Cunard Line, RCCL, Marriott Hotels, Sheraton Hotels, Hilton Hotels, IHG Hotels, Best Western Hotels and Leading Hotels of the world. In addition, I have also worked for Steigenberger Hotels, currently the most well respected and prestigious Hotel Chain throughout Germany. My experience includes many cuisines, opening experience of large cruise ships, Casinos and Resorts as well of all aspects of large and small kitchen and restaurant operations. My emphasis is on creating dishes using the latest trends/foods and creating an exceptional experience with food and personnel. I remain current with modern cuisine through professional publications, Chefs associations, Training, Seminars, Food tasting, Food experimentation, and respected chefs in the industry. Management skills include but are not limited to: menu development, payroll, restaurant organization, equipment acquisition, repairs, training documents, training, food costing, budget, scheduling, menu’s (daily, la carte, Catering), Computer systems, interdepartmental organization and communication. My personnel skills are exceptional and include the needed skills: empowerment, team building, developer, discipline, business thinking, achiever and activator. I have developed my leadership skills to highly motivate and train employees to be the best and I have received formal training at some famous German restaurants such as Michael Kaefers Restaurant in Munich Germany (Feinkost Kaefer). For 27 years I have been working as a Professional Chef, out of these, 20 years have been spent in management positions. For the past 19 years I hold a European Master Chef degree, the highest European qualification as an Executive Chef. I am looking to progress into the Food and Beverage Industry.
