Going into my 19th year leading, cooking my craft with and definitely learning awesome things every day in the professional culinary arts scene in beautiful Columbia!! It's my second true LOVE,(My soulmate queen is my first!) I grew up in restaurants as young as 5 years old getting off the school bus at my mom's fish camp in Charlotte N.C. finishing my homework and rolling silverware for her and the restaurant. Always keeping my 3rd eye on the kitchen scene!
