I have worked around high quality great tasting food from working at several farmers markets since I was 12 yrs old. Have had a passion for cooking for over 10 years and am a certified Nutrition Health Coach. I also have taken plant-based cooking from PlantLab. My parents are from Mexico, so I love to make Mexican food, but can also make Italian, Asian, other ethnic dishes. I have ways to make food oil free if that is a concern and also gluten-free if thats what you desire. I am super obsessed with food and cooking especially when it comes to plant-based foods because its so nutrient rich, vibrant, and delicious.
