Hello my name is David Rappelet and I'm looking to share my passion for cooking to people who want to enjoy food and learn about food. I love to show people what food can do to the mind and soul. I am from a long line of cooks in my family. My grandfather told me to cook is to love and you must share it. I am french and have a great talent for cajun cuisine and enjoy cooking international cuisine from all over the world. I went to a french culinary school here in houston to perfect my skills and have become fond of my instructor who are now my great friend and mentors. My Chef told me that I am a savant in the kitchen lol. I cook almost every day either for the family or go to friends houses to cook for them. I also cook for my fishing clients who come on full day trip. I am wanting to open my own restaurant in a couple years if my project get that far in success.
