Exit 12 on I95 Hours 1130am to 830pm If you want to gain experience of what it takes to open your own restaurant /food truck you will learn that and much more without the risk or expense. You just need to make great tasting food, handle a high paced environment and be cool with working in /running a food truck. You'll have operating guidance from a seasoned business owner who will work with you on the profit and loss back of house side and guide margin conversations while allowing you to be creative in menu planning and execution. Must speak English and Spanish, Able to take an order, use an Ipad to enable charging customers.
