I am originally a New York chef I have 16 years of professional experience with a mix of Culinary School, Restaurants and Catering. Ive worked in NYC, MIA, LA, and SD. I moved to San Diego eager to experience the food scene and culinary industry in California. I am at a point in my career where I am more health conscience and have developed a growing passion for a plant based lifestyle with a wholistic approach. With the current climate of the the world health and diet being at the top of conversation it gave me a deeper inspiration for the direction I chose to go with my cooking. Although my focus is to cook without the need for animal products, I do not exclude and I am also able and eager to provide for clients who do prefer animal products, however I suggest more sustainably ethically sourced products. We know that health starts in the gut so regardless of what is prepared it will always be nourishing. I love focusing on seasonal produce to ensure availability, pricing, and quality are ideal for my clients. I am greatly passionate about food as a whole, I make it it a key point to listen and understand my clients needs and wants when it comes to their pallet and diet.
