I have a diversifed culinary experience from working in fine dining restuarants to working as a corporate Chef, and Banquets. A strong culinary passion has allowed me to experience successful study growth in the culinary industry. I have worked n the culinary industry for over 20 years and do have my Red Seal. I truly believe I am a great preformer under pressure having passed all the tests in the trenches. My driving passion has given me the fuel to get all the know how I have needed. I take great pride in the quality, apperance and taste of my food. I am a very hands on Chef. I enjoy working hard, and fast in the kitchen but I am very detailed oriented and passionate about having a clean, well organised, efficient kitchen and strictly follow HACCP, FIFO and Public Health Regulations.
