Experience, Professional: 30 years of restaurant experience. Ranging from cashiering to hostessing. Prep cook to cook. Bartending and waitressing. I was also a barista, you name it I've done it. I'm excellent at customer service, its exactly why I chose the hospitality industry, I love to serve in any way I can. Experience, Personal: I am a mother of three, now divorced. When I was married, I cooked and planned meals for a family of five. I did this for 15 years while I worked also. I'm great at cooking in a more personal setting and meal planning for families, or small groups. I am extremely clean about my work. Education: I acquired my GED in 2005. I attended Spokane Community College in 2012, and have completed one year of the Inland Northwest Culinary Arts program, on my way to earning my AAS Degree. I have not completed the program yet, but plan to in the future. Certification: I am Washington State Serv Safe Certified and also have a current food handlers permit.
