Chef in Lebanon, Kentucky

I have been a private chef for over 17 years. As a private chef I worked for three households, one household was in Montecito, Ca., Rancho Santa Fe, Ca. working for a professional baseball player and his large family. My latest private chef job was working in Kentucky with a long term employer. I have extensive restaurant experience, pastry chef experience, catering, bartending, and scratch cooking that includes several diet plans such as vegan, macro, paleo, and high protein, low carb. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in 1993 and I’ve been cooking over 30 years. I feel that my personality as a chef sets me apart from most people in the restaurant industry. I am loyal, confidential, personable, flexible, and very easy to work with. I love cooking, love local produce and meats, love meeting good people, and love pulling off memorable events.
