To Whom it may concern, Why am I candidate for Executive Chef position? As an accomplished Executive Chef, I bring 22 years of experience in Management. Having worked in many different aspects of Food & Beverage as a Director and Executive Chef, it has given me knowledge, experience and confidence to utilize in my next challenge. In this industry we have the opportunity to learn daily and use the leanings to strengthen the skills we have to provide excellence in what we do and to those around us. As a leader I consider myself hands on, task oriented, goal oriented and a mentor to those on the team. I bring international working experience through, education, cooking and living in many amazing places. My most recent position was with Crowne Plaza Miami in the position of Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director. I currently have done some consulting in Puerto Rico on Food Truck Concept as well in New York on a Sandwich Shoppe Concept.
