Chef in Manhattan, New York

My name is Vincent. I am an executive chef. I am originally from the New Jersey Shore. I attended culinary school in Asbury Park New Jersey. I have been working in the industry for the last fifteen years. I have worked in fine dining restaurants and catering halls. I worked at several establishments on the shore learning various seafood dishes. I also apprenticed in Italy for six months to study pastry arts. I was fortunate enough to be able to travel not just to Italy but to other countries in Europe to taste the food and experience the culture of others which I feel has made me a more well rounded chef and person. I have worked as a personal chef for 5 years for a private community. This work was very detail oriented. I developed a healthy respect for the individual and his/her needs. Currently I am working for a private community and catering facility. We handle about 100 clients per day.
