The right person needs the following experience and qualities: Passion for food and the hospitality industry Able to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs. Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality Service minded attitude Reasonable command of the English language Must always have team member and guest needs in mind Job Duties: Works with team work always in mind Preparation of menu and special items Stock food products and equipment needed for station Maintains good cleaning habits Rotate all products properly Make sure all products are stocked and ready for service Maintains restaurant safety and sanitation Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager
