I am a hospitality professional with nearly 25 years of kitchen experience with 17 years of culinary management, 5 years of operational experience, 5 years as a service professional, & 5 years as a general manager. In this time I have worked in large branded hotels and resorts, worked on new franchise concept development, created and opened several restaurants, and worked to grow a small local business into a multi-unit company. I love unique challenges, and the ability to coach and mentor staff from my diverse background and training. I completed culinary training at NAIT and began working on a Bachelor of Education at the University of Alberta, I have specialized parts of my education into nutritional studies, supply chain management and data analytics to be able to assess the needs of a business and work within the constraints of limited resources to achieve the best results i can for my clients and within each setting I work.
