Hi, My name is Dimitri. I am a Chef and hospitality Manager with more than 9 years of experience. I have worked in Luxurious hotel as event manager, Coffee shops, Restaurants and catering companies. From working as a busser/server to line cook and kitchen manager, i also opened my own personal chef business and food truck business which catered to events of up to 400 people and large festivals I am hard working, team oriented, a fair manager that leads by example and always put customer service as my priority. I am experienced in many styles of cooking but my favourite is Farm to table style. I have cooked in all sorts of kitchens from boats, wild outdoor forest kitchens, restaurant kitchens, food truck kitchens and more. I have also studied Nutrition (on my own) and am very knowledgeable on healthy diets and herbal medicine.
