Chef in Asheville, North Carolina

I am an experienced cook or chef, whichever you have the need for with 14 years in the business, doing every imaginable job in the kitchen. I have a culinary school education from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute, but most of my knowledge comes from work experience and literature. I am looking for work because the seasonal job I have is coming to an end. I have worked every position in the kitchen except for Exec. and Owner. I'm not a hothead and I don't have an attitude. I am mild mannered but very conscientious about my work. I have spent most of my time in high volume fine dining establishments, however I have also done "less technical" food from pizza and burgers to grits and eggs. With that being said, I have spent most of my career in French based/applied cuisine. I prefer line work and evening shifts, but considering I'm out of a job in a week, I can be very flexible! If needed, I can start with a 48 hour heads up. I am not against or better than any cooking position in the kitchen, though I might be more valuable at more "experience required" stations.
