I have worked 20 years as a Chef for the Ambassador of Canada and Sweden to the United Nations.
Both jobs were corporate fine dining/being a private chef.
I planned and prepared lunches/dinners for the heads of States, Royalty and Diplomats. I also planned and prepared meals for the Ambassadors families and guests. I have experience in all cuisines from cold foods to scratch baking bread/pastries and desserts.
I do want to use local produce as much as possible to make healthy whole some food.
