I have been a Chef for over 20 years running kitchens and training cooks and Chefs since I was 25 years old. I have broad experience in French, Italian, Spanish, Classical Cuisines as well as regional American and Latin American. i have a strong work ethic, fun personality, and take pride in team building and bringing FOH and BOH workers in sync, for a more positive and productive working environment.
