Chef Job in Moab, Utah

Comb Ridge is expanding into dinners in our 2015 season (March through October). Focus will be on Mediterranean cuisine using locally and compassionately sourced ingredients. We are seeking an experienced chef to develop and implement an impressive, quality menu that will also support a strong return. Our chef must be able to manage a small staff and upgrade kitchen operations. The preferred candidate will also have bakery skills and a strong desire to live in Bluff, Utah-- rural southeastern Utah, two hours south of Moab.
