I learned how to cook and bake as a child, then went on to follow my passion at university by studying and getting a degree in Nutrition & Food Sciences at Texas State University. Since college, I have gained a multitude of experience through multiple jobs from cooking at a nursing home, to cooking at a day care center, then later working as a Wilton cake decorating instructor. The Wilton class program has been discontinued, so I am now in search of a new food-related job. I enjoy working with people and learning about their diet likes/dislikes and restrictions. My knowledge of nutrition helps me with any strict diet needs.
