My name is Charlie Pavarini Jr, I have about 14 years of experience across the board from casual dining to fine dining. I live for providing an experience at every meal that I cook. From sourcing the ingredients, to preparation, to the final product. My goal is to take you on a culinary adventure that will test your palate and encourage you to get a little adventurous. From start to finish, I will work on a menu with you and hand pick all the ingredients that go into your evening, not limited to just food. I also hold a sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers and will often suggest wine pairings with dinner. On the casual side, I’m also happy to talk meal prep or just casual dining for your family and guests; again sourcing everything that will go into your experience.
