I have been cooking for over 20 years, advanced and my inspirations are Julia Child, Jacques Peppin. I mainly prepare classic American and Classic Italian. I love experimenting with Flavors. I make killer bar food, as I owned a bar for 5 years unfortunately did not have a kitchen so I catered all the events and weekly specials. I have no formal training other than a Serv-Safe cert that just expired, I do want to do culinary school but kids in college don't allow me that opportunity currently. I currently only cateri but I want to quit the full time job and move into a kitchen full time or if you need weekend cook than I am the woman for you.

My company uses Camille for all of our catering orders. She is extremely accommodating and always comes through, even with last minute orders. Her food is delicious and original, all made from scratch. She even uses vegetables she grows herself! Camille has helped us with everything, sandwiches, breakfast pastries, hot meals, and she is our go to for anything dessert related. Always on time! So grateful to have found a caterer like Camille.
