Chef in Knoxville, Tennessee

Recently I was the Chef de Cuisine of Knox Mason restaurant in the Embassy Suites hotel. I wrote menus, developed recipes, hired and trained staff, wrote schedules, took inventory, maintained kitchen equipment, expedited dinner services and room service, and executed catered events for the hotel. I’m looking for a job with similar duties and a leadership role in a fine dining kitchen with a focus on seasonality and locally sourced products.
