CATERING LAS VEGAS Christophe grew up close to the Alsatian border in the North East of France. With his early years spent in villages outside Strasbourg, Christophe became very intrigued with meals from traditional Alsatian ingredients. The village being well known for its fine wine, great beer and Christmas market was a perfect platform for him to learn about the ingredients. Kicking off his career as an apprentice at L’arnsbourg in Baerenthal, France where he learned about the different aspects of the cooking world. He was determined to fulfil his dream of becoming a reputable chef. After completing his apprenticeship he went to the Hotel Management School of Strasbourg to further his professional skills. He afterwards worked in Washington DC at the Willard Hotel and at the Le Mount which is the 24th best restaurant in Asia .While in Washington DC he founded a personal chef company .This company attended to high profile clients from foreign diplomats, US government executives to CEO’s. Christophe travels around the world to get inspiration for his meals. This combined with his French roots guarantees one of an unforgettable meal. With his belief that food has no limit to creativity, Christophe has no boundaries. He ensures the clients’ taste and food requirements are met by working closely with them. As a passionate, Christophe thrived to master traditional French culinary techniques and also newer ones, he uses the best ingredients and focuses on making his meals as local as possible. He consider food as a real art. If he’s not working on his chef duties, Christophe is reading or travelling. He especially enjoys travelling as he gets a chance to try new food from across the cultures and incorporates the ideas in his meals.
