I graduated for the California Culinary Academy in 1996. I wanted to become an Executive Chef by the age of 30 but ended up one at the age of 26. My cooking techniques tend to lean in the French direction but I am proficient in many other cuisines. I taught cooking lessons in San Diego at Poway adult school for a few yeas. I don't just teach you a recipe. I make sure you understand how and why of what I am teaching.
