My name is stephanie shershow. I am a former yacht chef (of 18 years) and more recently the founder of WellnessRacket a company designed to bri g clients to their optimal wellbeing through delicious food, coaching, breathwork and yoga. I believe all meals should be gorgeous, seasonal, interesting but also have an element of comfort. I am well versed in vegetarian and vegan cuisine as well as a variety of international styles. I have cooked for the elite masses as well as small families. I am a creative chef and enjoy expressing my warmth and art through cooking. I am also a certified barre and yoga instructor, often teaching privately as well. If your preference is healthful to classic sauces and rich desserts I am happy to make you wishes a reality.
