Chef in Incline Village, Nevada

I'm a pretty low key chef and like to keep things casual. I find it my goal to find the best tasting, freshest, and most satisfying foods to create while being strictly gluten-free. I am looking for somewhere that I can make a difference in someones eating lifestyle, and somewhere I can demonstrate my creative vibes in the kitchen. I believe in less frozen, preserved foods and more raw, basic, and homemade. I am looking for a part-time gig, or a monthly event, or even a one time event. I am also into preparing 3-4 ( lunch and dinner meals) for the week and delivering them as well. I'm outgoing, and really am looking for more kitchen time. If you have any questions, let's talk!
