I've been cooking since I was an 8 year old latchkey kid. After raising a large family for 16 years, while doing some catering, I attended Escoffier Culinary in Austin. I landed in Corpus Christi, TX to be closer to family. I've opened two restaurants that focused on healthy, organic options. Whichever style I create, I focus on scratch made, flavorFULL food and I've got the reviews and following to prove it :)
