The Kitchen Manager is accountable for producing the following results: The FSC kitchen runs smoothly, effectively, efficiently, profitably and happily while providing consistent and delicious products to our guests daily. The kitchen Crew is well trained and growing in their positions to provide expanding results for each other, FSC and our guests. The Kitchen Manager demonstrates daily their passion for working with food and with people. They are someone who understands the importance of systems and communication with all those who they interact with. The FSC Kitchen Manager is directly responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portioning, cost control, sanitation and cleanliness. The FSC Kitchen manager is the backbone of the back house operations. They create the energy and focus that creates great experiences for our guests and crew daily. They are always learning, growing, improving and finding new and better ways for FSC to operate. They are excellent communicators and are easy to talk to, open to new ideas and committed to doing things the FSC way.
