I'm Meagan, 27 and ready to become a personal chef for you or your family. I have a culinary education along with a four years plus cooking for a large catering kitchen. I have also had experience in catering small events outside of work. In this large kitchen we did anywhere from 20 to 10k plus people .In my time in school and a large kitchen I have been introduced to amazing ingredients, time management, recipe costing, meal planning, structure and building relationships. I can cook simple meals to extravagant pieces. And if wondering I am not limited to basic American cooking. I am very fond of foreign food and have self taught and specialized in Indian and Japanese cuisine. Anything your heart desires either I know it or can be easily executed. One of the main rules of cooking is never stop learning and always find a new challenge. And so forth I am ready for a new challenge. Cooking for a family or one person has always been a dream of mine. Developing relationships with whom you're cooking for is the biggest joy to me. I am looking for a job that is steady and full time not part time. I can help you and or your family develop recipes, meal prep, and make sure the right nutrition is taken in. I am also not shy to help babysit, light housekeeping, pet sitting, or any errands that need to taken care of. I hope to further my cooking experience with you and or your family!
