My name is Bethany, and I was diagnosed over ten years ago with a severe gluten allergy. Over the years I also have developed a dairy and egg allergy. This sent me on a journey to find and create recipes of delicious meals that I could make for myself as well as my family. I am now a self taught personal chef. I specialize in allergy friendly cooking, such as vegan, gluten free, dairy free, soy free etc. I can come to your home and teach you how to meal plan, shop, and prepare simple, yet delicious allergy friendly meals.
