My name is Zachary Kassel. I'm a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with my Associates in Culinary Arts and business management. I moved to Orange County a little under 2 years ago from Syracuse, New York. I spent most of my career in California working as a chef at Pelican Hill Resort at their signature restaurant, Andreas. I was then promoted as a banquet chef cooking for royalty and the famous. I've learned aIot and know that I'm talented in this field. I specialize in Italian cuisine. I was brought up on a lot of home cooked tradional Italian meals. I take pride in my work no matter what I do.
