Very passionate chef, I am from New York and cooked in upper echelons restaurants such as Craft, Per Se and Corton for a decade. I lived in Denmark and was at Noma while it was the best restaurant in the world. I love cooking vegetable and seasonal cuisine (which is why I moved to CA). I take immense pride in being easy to communicate with and enjoyable to work with! I have seen this industry at its highs and lows and love to cook delicious food with a lot of respect for the ingredient.
